    Hello all

I have an ongoing problem with my Washer/Dryer Machine. The model is Zanussi zwt71201wa . The dryer part of this machine is not drying. I arranged for an engineer to visit and resolve the issue but he has been unsuccessful. He has visited 4 times.

First visit he replaced Heater Element (I think)
    Second visit replaced Thermostat
Third visit replaced Dryer Fan Motor
Fourth visit replaced fan Drying Motor Ventilator

It is still not working. Does anyone have any ideals what it could be?

    Thanks
    Ron

did he ever interogate the machine and look for the last fault code ?

was he a manufacturers engineer or a local firm

wheh you try to use the dryer what happens ?

To my knowledge I dont think he interogated the machine for the last fault code.
He is from a local firm that specialize in fixing domestic appliances
When I try to use the dryer, the machine will spin the clothes, but the dryer is cold and and no heat is coming through to dry the clothes

Just an update to say this is now fixed. The same engineer revisited again for the 5th time. No parts were replaced. A loose connection on the final visit, seems to have been the problem
