    This dishwasher is filling washing and emptying continuously drain hose suspect as connected very low on the trap adjusted height still same when opening the door the water is still jetting in from the inlet press off switch still filling so thinking faulty aquastop also if you unplug it stops filling surely it should stop when door open so am I missing something

    only if the timer tells it to stop

    if it goes off instantly with the plug then it cant be the valve

    could be a leaky control triac on the board

    Yes I new it couldn’t be the valve as it stops when plug is removed it does seem as though there must be a feed to the valve

    You can just remove the relevant capacitor as a quick test to confirm it if you are still unsure.
