Thanks Ken, its good to know, even though we work the job everyday its hard to keep up with the growing list of recalls, its a worry…. we do ask for the model from customers whilst booking the repair, maybe a full recall model list could be dumped into a word file and CTRL-F the model….
TBH, people would forget to search. You’d have to try to automate it in some way and whist that’s’ not too hard, getting enough people to use one system is.
