Hi All
I have been asked to have a look at this machine which is showing error 04 – does anyone know what the actual definition is for this please as google just says “internal error” which is not very helpful.
I haven’t seen the machine yet so it may be obvious what the cause is once I get there but it would be nice to know what to expect beforehand if possible.

I reached out to Ebac several times about getting info, working with them and so far I’ve had no response from them.

thats what the owners manual says
we know its not door , fill or drain as they list fault codes for that

This has come to me as a private job and I am not sure what the warranty status is on the machine (I suspect that she didn’t register it), either way she wants me to take a look.
I don’t know who the Pacifica agent is for the island or if there is even one as we don’t have many of the manufacturers service agents here.
