Siemens SF25A061GB/15 losing power/cutting out

Hello everyone. I’m hopeful you’ll be able to help save our aging dishwasher from the scrapheap. The machine has failed to complete the last few washing cycles, reaching the drying stage, sometimes without pumping the water away, before apparently losing power. The display goes blank and there’s no error code (I don’t know if it even does error codes). If I turn the power off for a few minutes the machine comes back to life as if nothing happened and it will pump the water away when I close the door. I’ve tried the reset and that hasn’t helped. Any thoughts would be appreciated before I call an engineer as I suspect they’ll just write it off due to its age. Best regards.
