ParticipantAfternoon all, I am posting this in here so that we can separate WTA business from the group me chat rather than remove friends off group me as they retire etc, Also we went down the group me route as other parties seemed to have sight of our conversations in here, but to be frank if anyone really wants to go to the bother of spying/ snooping I really am beyond caring.
Sorry we were not able to get together to meet, that was my bad as time ran away with me, What I would have shared with you is a few things – so here they are.
I had toyed with suggesting shutting the WTA down and distributing funds left and had looked at options of how to do that as I felt that we had done all that we were set up to do, however with the resurgence of the R2R stuff as well as other stuff I feel it still has a role to play in the industry.
But here’s the rub, As I think you all know I am also a Church Of England Vicar if you want a laugh and see me in a dog collar here you go https://www.trianglechurchipswich.com
I also head up another project

I have been able to sustain my business and doing these roles as well as WTA (Before Lockdown) quite happily
When I had my well man check up at 50 (9 years ago) there were concerns about my memory, due to there being a history of early onset dementia in my family (Both Grandmothers) I have been having yearly memory checks/ tests, after the last one earlier this year they concluded that I have progressed to stage 3, whilst stage 3 is not the end of the world it means it has progressed, the good news is that not everyone progresses to full dementia from stage 3, I am on blood thinners as they have identified my frontal lobe veins are crashing and that is a way of helping that. But here’s where I am heading, now I am back working solo I need to let something go and am afraid it will have to be heading up the WTA formally as I dont have the space to do it, I would suggest that we no longer have a chairman as such but work out a different way of doing things.
I think the obvious solution would be know that UKW shop is no more (Sorry Ken) Ken could step in to part of the role I had.I am happy to arrange a zoom or teams call if people want to chat more an mull a few things over
