Hi haven’t been out to it yet, trying to get a bit of Info first.
Bosch Bosch WTB84200GB/09 Series 8 Condenser tumble dryer.
Customer says after 20 minutes running, It gets Very very steamy inside.
They said noticed water catcher / container doesn’t fill up as fast.
They open the door, give it 5 mins, start and it goes again for another 20 mins.
Any help appreciated before I go to It. Thanks all.

    well fairly simple build

got to be an airflow problem
its a standard condensor without self cleaning condensor unit
condensor as you know has 2 air flows , cold and hot
one of them is not working

if it was condensing and water was not being pumped up then at best you would get a full container light and at worst it would leak

Thanks Dave, just a bit of a drive to get there. Just looked for a similar thinking of fault.

well from the pure physics point of veiw

you have very hot moist air which should flow through condensor front to back
you should have room air blown left to right through condensor.
if that does not condense then physics is wrong

so either the condensor is blocked. customers clean front to back but forget left to right
    or
door filter is blocked, again customers clean it but dont wash it every now and then. get lots of those blocked

lastly had heaters blocked before today

Blocked condenser would be my immediate look at point.
