    I have a APM 6221 freezer that has been switched off for 2 months. I switched it back on 2 weeks ago and it’s not freezing, the light is showing red and not green. Can you recommend someone to repair/service it. It’s from MFI I does not appear to have a brand name. I live in Hertfordshire.

    If you go to repairs@ on the main menu, there should be someone there that can help 😀

    If not, pop up your postcode and I’ll check a couple of lists I have.
