ParticipantI have been to a Beko today BM3WT4941IW. It fills & drains fine, seems to go through the wash ok, correct water levels & drum action. At 19 minutes remaining it drains & just keeps faffing around, on & off draining & some drum action but no spin. (this only happens with a load). Whilst testing with a decent load, when it got stuck again, I slipped the belt off and then the program carried on as normal. It’s like an out of balance load but it happens with any size load. If I put it on just a spin, it just gets stuck at 12 or 13 minutes, the time even jumps back. The machine is just over a year old so I don’t have any parts in stock. Not sure what to order in!

KeymasterIt should be using slippage on the belt (detected even if not the case) to determine if it’s OOB or not so best guess from what you describe would be, there’s something up with the belt. Possibly faulty and slipping or giving the electronics the impression it’s doing that or, it’s not tight enough.

Moderatordoes not seem to be anything in the tech about the problem
does seem to be some sort of sensor called Aqua tech attached to the motor board but dont know function
other bad news is the fault finding guide is not in English but your welcome to it if you want it
also for your info they changed the mother board and motor board so there are 2 different ones depending on serial

ParticipantThank you for the answers, I was sort of considering the belt, couldn’t see any slip or hear any, but it did feel quite elastic. It’s certainly going to be worth trying that first. I will let you know the outcome.

ParticipantFitted the new belt today, it was certainly shorter, tighter and felt less elastic. Expectations were high but still no spin with load. The machine was only made in May 2024 and everything looks like new. So do I really have to go armed with, motor, motor pcb & main pcb. Customer is quite patient but lives 10 miles away so getting annoying now. Any thoughts please

KeymasterAll I can think on is the motor control but it’s a best guess.
