    Hi all
hpt df 62, customer has filled the salt container with detergent 😯
Do you think this is cleanable or would you just quote for a new softner, my main worry is it a df62 lift of joby. I dont mind these but I dont realy want to have to do it twice. 😥
Any one tried saving a softner the past ❓

    Ta for any advise

That really depends on whether the machine has been run…if it hasn’t (customer realised the mistake) then it can be saved by flushing it but once it has been run the softener will never be the same again 🙁
