    Afternoon all, Proline extractor hood CHIM90A, can anyone suggest a make that is still available to replace the black plastic slider which operates the fan motor. I have found what looks similar and says its for Indesit, whirlpool, Cannon, Ignis and IKEA makes just wanted to see if anyone knows if it’s compatible before i spend £20. Failing that then the complete switch housing that would fit.

    I’m afraid that the one you need is long obsolete and I can’t see any alternatives.

    Proline was a Comet owned brand that died when they did.
