Can anyone give me some ideas. I own the above dryer which was, until recently, working fine.
It is now taking an inordinately long time to dry things as compared to before, although it is heating whilst on the cycle and the filters etc are cleaned regualrly.
I have notice a build up of damp lint around the bottom vent (where it goes into the door..) Any suggestions as to the cause please???Re: Hotpoint TDC32 Condenser Dryer problems
Check the condenser is clean. Remove it, its under the front panel kick plate, and hose off any fluff build up (in the garden, its a bit messy). When clean, you should be able to look through it front to back as well as side to side.
