    ever had a morning when you earn nothing but visit over a grands worth of german white cases and all have electronic problems.

    let me explain

    first call to meile freezer you could have done a round of toast on compressor, ambeiant temp under worktops hotter than tenerife, advised client to visit iceland for cheepo…this is 3rd undertop unit she has had in 4 years.Will not understand external temp creates problems.

    second call to Bosch upright freezer.. £550 worth of goods

    Problem:
    Power to unit/ cabinet light works…power to PCB BUT NO other symptoms whats so ever…no illumination on temp readout or power lights.

    PCB shot it ??????????????? or What?

    off now to do a couple of dual cooker rings, no fancy electronic stuff to worry about here!!!

    thanks for any help re Bosh unit

    Re: BOSCH FREEZER

    Hi Graham,

    Sorry the lads have been a bit slow answering this one but as you say it sounds like the control module. We cant give you any more help without the full E/NR number (model) and it’s FD number(date code) to give you a part no for the module.
