    hi
    can someone help me
    i have a servis m9010, i have only had for a year (warranty expired by 2 weeks)
    2 days ago my electricity tripped when i switched on my washer/dryer.
    i fixed this and went to put the machine back on
    all the lights are working and flashing in the correct normal way
    but
    nothing happens, it wont wash, dry, or rinse, i have 2 kids and u can imagine my washload already lol
    can anyone enlighten me as to what could be the problem
    if u need any more info just ask away

    It’s engineer time as there are many variables as to what may or may not have failed here 🙁

    try throwing a temper tamtrum at Servis and state that not fit for purpose ect and should have lasted more than 54 weeks ect.

    ‘Tis true. Edinburgh is notoriously bad for cover.

    And due to current events people are going to be less inclined to travel there out of area.

    We recently sent one of our guys out that way for a Viking and had to book off a whole day for him for the one job 😯 . Not cheap.
