    my washer won’t get rid of fabric softner when in cycle.
    tried cleaning compartment even the hole with a brush.
    please advise, thank you. 😡

    Try cleaning the inside top bit of the soap box with a bottle-brush.

    Is your conditionor thick stuff? Some are too thick and set before the final rinse. Try diluting it with some water.
