    This is a 1600 speed model.

    I can not find an instruction manual on the web for this washing machine..Can anyone help as I keep getting and Error code Er12 come up and I have no means of finding out what it is.

    It’s a door latch related issue odnek, it’s no more specific than that I’m afraid.

    Apart from the checks you can do yourself, making sure the door catch (visible parts on the door) are all OK, it’s possibly the interlock device.

    Power off if you’re going to have a gander :zap:, if not, please check repairs@ for an engineer 😀

    Hi Dave

    Many thanks for the reply. At the moment the machine is working OK. As I said the only problem is this Er12 comes up at the end of the cycle. At the moment I will leave it as it is not causing a major problem.

    Any idea where I can get my hands on an instruction or error code manual?

    Brandt customer service should be able to supply the user manual for you, they are on 01256 308000. There is no fault code manual I’m afraid.
