    Our freezer has been filling with soft flaky frost and on defrosting it today I noticed that the seal on the door is burst, so i suppose thats whats causing the build up.
    Is this something easily fixed, can I buy a seal and fit it myself or do I need to get a professional in?

    Some doors have the seal retained by screws, and on some it’s foamed in, requiring a replacement door.

    If you would post the model number of your appliance, we should be able to advise further.
