    Hi.

    Can anybody help with these parts.

    1.De-Dietrich FM4827U21 double oven control knobs…theres 4 and they look the same.

    2.Stoves SPC10734 oven…..lower element.
    Stoves part number STV 082506406……..has been on order with Connect for nearly a month and no delivery date advised……customer getting arsey.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Only via Connect Chris now, PNE required as they don’t have the documantation for this model listed on Mediator 🙄

    The Stoves element is a special order I notice so they won’t cancel it I doubt, I’m also having huge waits for Stoves parts from Connect, try Kitchen Economy 😉

    And they were Very expensive in the old days so heaven knows what they will be now

    Hi.

    Re the Stoves element,I rang today to chase the backorder position and was told the part is obsolete.
    Why after six weeks on order do they suddenly tell me its obsolete.

    The oven is less than two years old so surely it can`t be obsolete……is there an alternative.

    I`ve had this with Connect before were they fail to tell the full story.

    Can anybody throw any light on this?.

    Have you tried Glen Dimplex for the Stoves Element

    0151 426 6551 or Cowley Components Ltd on 01789 269687 they do spares for Stoves

    Are you sure that is correct part no. ❓ When I put that in Connect it is described as “cover front”….obsolete 😕

    That`s weird because I`ve just trebble checked it . Mike are you on the website or DVD ❓
    They`re maybe giving us all different part numbers as well as different prices 😆

    Yeah the part number refers to two different parts.I`ll ring Connect in the morning.

    The description changes from element to cover 🙄

    Looks like you were given a wrong part number to start off with Chris, as Mike says, I would phone Stoves direct and get the part number 🙂
