Can anyone help, our Margherita finished its cycle, door opened, but now the Door-Locl-light is constantly on and we can’t reset the programme, we#ve tried the usual, hoses, filter etc, but no power light, only the dorr=lock-lite !!! its been working reliably OK sofar!

It’s indicating an unspecified error which could mean any one of a few components may have failed.
Engineer time for this one to be honest, please check Repairs@ for one near you 😀
