    Hi,

    I have a miele frost free fridge freezer. The Model number begins KN54 – apologies I dont know the rest!

    The problem is with the freezer. Recently the alarm would sound and an error message F4 would be displayed. This is no longer happening but now the freezer is losing temperature over a period of 3 weeks it has dropped from -18 to -8 without anything new being put into it.

    I have called Miele and they will not advise on the error message all they can offer is to send an engineer.

    I dont really want to do this as if it will cost more than £100 to repair I will replace.

    Can anyone help please?

    Check the freezer for frost on the back wall or ice build up, as it could be a defrost system fault. ❓

    Thanks for your advice, I will check this out.

    Funnily enough since I posted this problem (that has been going on for a month) this weekend the freezer went back to -18!!!
