ParticipantWent to a Prima Integrated Dishwasher LPR600,(854560015810) Which is a Whirlpool fully intergrated model with on/off buttons on the left and program & start buton on the right. The fault is: select program shut door alarm beeps for 30 secs or so then any program selected just goes back to pre rinse. Tried holding the start button down for 30 secs but fault persists. I am thinking pcb, but cant find the 85 number on connections any one know if Prima is listed on the latest SIOS disc as the pcb may be different to The Whirlpool version. Also any info regarding the fault as if its a WP part its going to be an Arm And A leg I would be gratefull.I wouldnt normally be bothered with this type of job due to the high cost of WP parts but this customer lives near me and he has got a bar in his extended garage When I say a bar I mean a bar Oak woodwork ,pool table 5 beer pumps, coolers big screen telly even A/C (I want to be his friend)
Thanks All

It’s on SIOS, but there is no bottom pcb listed, only a “user board” in the door panel 😕 . Clear as mud…..
Anyway, if you want a hand when you go to fix it…….. 😀

What error code is it flashing? Have you tried the “engineer” test program?

If the start light is flashing on any of the Dolphin range and after being reset it continues to flash there are a couple of checks you should make before even considering a new pcb.
Check if there is water in the base, if there is a float switch this will cause this problem. Check the NTC resistance readings this will also cause you fault. Also check the operation of the water indicator switch in the sump, if jammed on will cause same problem.

What were resistance readings of faulty NTC to cause fault?
