    Please forgive me if I make a mistake this is my first post, I have a Servis tumble dryer model M2002W which has recently started to play up.
    It works for about 5 minutes and stops, leave it for 10 minutes & starts again. Does anyone have any ideas to what might be causing this & could I repair this myself.

    It may be overheating and the thermal protection is activating.

    Is everything clear such as filter etc ? It may also be the socket it’s plugged in to, try using a different one 🙂

    Thank you for your views, I have decided to renew rather than repair wife now wants a condensing dryer.
