    Hi, I have a very old (13years) bocuse double oven cooker. The bottom right hand oven element has blown and I’m having trouble getting a new one. The ref no on the old element is Etirex 09 91 49109. Does anyone know where I can obtain this part.

    Very grateful for any help.

    This shouldn’t be a problem Suzanne, apart from the fact the technical website for this product is down undergoing maintenance today.

    Thanks for the help. I have had this part from hoover and it didn’t work. I’m fairly sure that that was the same part number that they sent but the prongs at the end were a different shape and pointed in a different direction to the prongs on my old element. Any other thoughts.

    It may be worth double checking the part number sent from Hoover as a lot of the part numbers are very similar, it may just be that one digit differs.
