Keymasterleft hand hinge seems to be twisted somehow, ie to open door fully you need to pull left hand side outwards, not just down. New oven time ?
also as an aside, our de dietrich dishwasher door just drops if opened, no resistance at all, same story or can hinges be replaced ?
all help gratefully appreciated, both happened within two weeks ago & our brandt fridge freezer just broke too so facing big bills!!

Craig
You’re better taking the model numbers from the appliances themselves rather than the handbooks as sometimes these manuals cover a range of models.
The model numbers can be found on the rating plates which are normally located on the door frame.

Probably not the hinges but rather the cord/bands which go around them. A much easier job to replace 😀
The oven hinges are a straightforward enough swap as well, but make sure it actually is the hinges that are at fault. If the frame of the oven is twisted then it’s a lot more serious. Also, check that the hinge receivers (where the hinge rests on the oven) isn’t worn. These should be fairly flat and not dug out in a ‘U’ shape. These are a lot less fun to replace.
Someone should be able to provide you with part numbers and prices for the above parts should they be required.
Remeber, if in doubt call in a professional (try Repairs@ for a local engineer) rather than throwing money at a problem in the hope that you’re ordering the right thing.

Door hinge cords (common fault) part number 31X8637 at £14.32 (pair).
I can get these for you if required, there should be an engineer in SW postcodes, if there isn’t let me know yours and I’ll check a list I have for you.
Dave.

I’m not sure which SW code you are but one of these should be able to assist:
Capital Repairs 020 8866 6699
Swift Electrical Services 01689 833315
M Lee Appliance Service 01483 764851
Hope that helps 😀
