    hi guys

i hope you can help me i have just bought a second hand indesit cg1305 f/f i left it unplugged for about an hour after it was delivered i then plugged it in and turned it on the light came on and it seemed to run although i thought it was a bit quiet anyway i went out and left it on when i came back about 5 hours later and opened the fridge it had not got cold at all it was as if i had not even turned it on and it was the same in the freezer i did notice that it felt rather warm when i opened the freezer. so i could hear what sounded like the fan running but not the normal motor noise you get with the fridge i also tried turning the thermostat and it only turned off when i went below 1 to a dot marked on the dial

please any help i would be grateful

It sounds to me like you have brought a duff fridge/freezer (compressor faulty) can you hear the compressor running is it warm to touch if not you will need a engineer to look at it or another fridge/ freezer

Its engineer time I am afraid sounds like a system fault poss. loss of refrigerant
