Hi, I hope I’m posting in the correct area, if not pls feel free to move this thread. Anyways I’ll carry on…

I have a built in Electrolux EOD5330X fan oven. The main oven was on last week when a power cut occured, since then the main oven does not work, no light or fan but the top oven/grill does. Is there an easy answer to this or do I really need a service engineer?

BTW I have a fairly good degree of technical and electrical knowledge but its very difficult to fault find not knowing the equipement and unable to get my hands on the line drawings…..

    Thanks

It is possible that a faulty element within your oven has caused the power cut but the fan and light should still come on unless more components have been damaged at the same time.

Only other reason might be that you haven`t set the oven time clock when power was restored . Is clock set to manual ❓
