ariston al1250ctuk w/d

this machine wont operate prog 7 (extra spin) when the machine is full of water it just stops at no7 if i turn it to drain then no7 it works ok ive checked sump,pressure system and everything else i could think of, and all the other programmes work ok so i spoke to emw and sent the timer to them to be reconditioned. i refitted it and it still has the same problem i bet its something simple im missing please help.
