    Hi

    I have a Hoover SE160E UK, serial num 3100 0512 0403 3552. It won’t drain the water and the machine just sits there “waiting”. I siphoned off the water and checked the filter – it appears unblocked.

    I then looked at the pump, and there doesn’t appear to be any blockages in the input/output tubes (or whatever they’re called), so I’m figuring the pump is broken?

    The pump details are:
    Askoll
    Mod M111
    Art 292057
    Cod 41009531

    Looking at this websites shop, the only pump that looks anything like it is a pump for a Bosch washing machine, part PMP230. Anyone know if this is the same pump? Or if not, where I’d get the pump I’m after and how much?

    PMP238 is the Drain Pump Part number available by emailing the details to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk
