Owing to our friends from British Telecom who managed to totally make a mess of the installation of our new lines, an ongoing battle that will not be totally resolved until later next week at best. But, on the upside, at least we now have the lead new line and broadband up finally, hence the two weeks of torture awaiting the broadband connection and being pretty much dead in the water without it.
However it did let us get on with some other stuff which was good, or will be. 😉
The new office number is 01563 559600 although I will have an 0845 number overlaid on that in time to facilitate cheap calls for people calling in.
If I get time I’ll post some pictures of the new office once we get it a bit more sorted.
But for now, if you’re really interested, you can see the webcam (one of the toys I have at my disposal now :D) at this IP:
So far I can only get it to work with Internet Explorer and, after a few seconds of connecting, you’ll be asked to download an applet, it’s fine and won’t do any harm at all.
The view is from the front office window into the car park area, the shop you see is an office supply shop.
Just a bit of fun and we’ll move the webcam about from time to time, I might even turn the sound on to really scare you. 😆

well, after giving permission to Prevx Home, ZoneAlarm Pro, Microsoft AntiSpyware etc, I eventually got through. 🙂
Nice wheelie bin, why does it have a red lid. only action I saw was a lone bird high in the sky. 😯Just tried again and I am being asked for a username/password.?

Yeah, I was a bit stoopid. I forgot to set up the access privileges and to hide the admin interface, I’m putting it down to a “blond moment” and leaving it at that. 😉
The red lid is because it’s a commercial waste bin I think but who knows, it is a local council after all and I’m past trying to fathom them out.
It’s busier during the day with all the traffic into the office supply company and, on occasion, there can be some eye candy. 😉

Oh I nearly forgot, when the shutters go down you’ll get nadda unless someone wants to buy me an external IP or webcam.

Ken I think that the coffee machine is a more realistic view, after all it probably cost more that the office supplies shop!!!!!
