Anyone got a wiring diagram for one of these machines with the 904/2199/06 timer? I’ve got all the other timer variants in the service manual but it is so old it does not go as far as the 06. Reason being is that the faulty machine has a 05 fitted but all I have in stock is a 06. I believe this will fit with some minor wiring changes.

I think you will find that whilst the terminals on the 05(168887) and 06(169100) are identical, they are designed for the 9534 series machines and fitting to a 9514 will not work. 🙁
Plus you will need to fit 9534 Knob to it as the programme settings thru 360 degrees are different 😕

It should work if you modify the wiring 🙂
I have the wiring diagrams for the 2199/05 and 2199/06 here, you’ll need both to compare and make the neccessary changes. Also as Martin says, you’ll need the timer knob for the 06 timer as the programmes are in a different place, part number is 169179.
I’ll scan them and email across later this evening (at home).

If you are stuck drop me a line, I have checked timer 168887 which has init the 06 timer and relevant mod kit. You have to change the original wiring conn block to a block on the rear (in the kit) the timer knob for this timer kit if memory serves is a 168807 (brown)
If the tech sheet enclosed with the kit is required send me your fax number and I will fax the sheet over.
