Most (but not all) of the time it does not take the conditioner from the drawer – evrything else seems ok.
Drawer area was a bit mouldy/slimey but I’ve cleaned that and the machine has had detergent cleaning powder run through it on a hot cycle – not sure if that cleans the pipework or not.
Hoping you guys can help me with this annoying problem.Thanks

With the drawer removed, use an old toothbrush and clean the small holes in the lid of the main part of the dispenser, the one’s directly above the fabric softener compartment, they are probably partially blocked.
That should do the trick 🙂
