I have a PROLINE cooker and Hob.
Both are 3 years old and never been used.
I called out a gas engineer to plumb it in and he said that he could not because the manufacturers ‘FIXING KIT’ (the pipework) was missing. I have lost the pipes and i cannot find a proline customer support telephone number. Both the connections on the oven and hob have corkscrew type inputs.

I have searched the internet quite extensively. I phoned B&Q where i bought it and they no longer sell Proline cookers and they are looking (without much success) for a telephone number.

    Any suggestions

Both appliances should be connected to a normal household gas supply

    Thank you wayne

Proline would have come from Comet and it’s only they that will be able to supply those parts.
