Last night there was a bang and one side of the door is not longer supported on my Creda 47916 DishWasher.
The part which is broken is a think spring/stainless steel band which connects to a spring in the side of washer, and runs over the circular ‘hinge’ at the bottom of the door.
I am guessing (hopefull) that it will be easy to get a replacement.. But how do I fit it?
THe end which connects to the spring in the side of the washer is easy, but I can’t work out how it connects to the door.
Are there any diagrams which might help me understand? If not, does anyone have any information which might help?

Part number is 1800806 at £4.80 each plus £3.95 postage.

You need to take the door apart (from memory) to fit, no diagrams I’m afraid though 🙁
