    Hi Guys,

I’ve got a luke warm Rangemaster Classic 110 double oven. The conventional electric oven will not heat up past 140 degrees C. I’ve checked this by switching off and back on, then slowly increasing the temperate knob until the light goes on. No matter how long I leave the oven on for, it never gets past 140. The fan oven works perfectly fine.

    Can anybody suggest a fix?

One of the elements has failed by the sound of it.

There are a few versions of the 110 though, if you pull the warming drawer out there is the serial number in there somewhere, if you post that up please I can check further for you 🙂

    Hi Dave,

The serial number is 6195 1000068. It’s the 110 DF model if that helps.

No listing for this model I’m afraid so it may be quite new ?

It will be either the upper or lower lement has failed though, both will need testing for continuity, if you’re unsure of how to do this then try Repairs@ for an engineer, if you are going to have alook, then disconnect from the power before going in please :zap:

I can get a part number for whichever element has failed if you let me know which one it is, or an engineer will be able to supply should you choose that route.

    Dave.
