    Hello
Can anyone explain why mould forms in the drawer of the washing machine. And can it be prevented?

    Thanks in advance

Liquids dont’ have any bleaching agents in them and so they don’t kill off the bugs just as well, that’s where your problem is I suspect.

Even if you want to continue to use liquids that’s fine, just please use a good one and do a maintenance wash at least once a month as prescribed and you should be fine.

I’d advise that you get an old toothbrush, dilute some bleach in water, take the soap drawer out and give both the drawer and the housing a real good cleaning with the bleach and brush. That should clear it but it may return if you don’t keep it clean.

    K.
