    machine not working,has five programs and no five program button is flashing continuously

    Is this number 5 lamp counting from left to right ?

    Normally you would expect to see at least one lamp flashing and one or more lamps on all the time.

    thanks Dave for responding,yes it is from right to left the fifth light is flashing constantly bright.

    Just the fifth lamp flashing with no other lamps on isn’t an error code I’m afraid.

    You could try resetting the PCB, copied from a reply:

    “Turn off at the power button and leave for 10 seconds.
    Turn on power button and press the program button 4 times
    I found that you had to be very quick pressing the program button four times after powering up. You know you’ve hit it right when then two outer lights stay lit.
    Then push the program button once.
    Then power off (without closing the door).
    Wait 15 seconds then power up and the reset should have taken place. “

    If that doesn’t work then it’s engineer time to be honest – Repairs@ should provide one 🙂
