This 14 month old machine flashs lights 1 and 3 after a cycle.
In previous correspondance it was suggested the water circulating pump to be at fault.
I have had the bottom off the machine and it appears the motor and pump are an integral item. It also looks like an involved job to to replace it.
My question is : How much is one of these units to replace? and is it feasible for me (Mech/Elec Engineer) to fit it?
Indesit have stated a callout charge of £69 plus parts, and I am wondering whether this option is financially viable, bearing in mind the machines are only £250 to start with

The circulation motor and circulation pump are one piece yes, although you can buy the mechanical pump on it’s own.

    Prices are:

    Circ motor/pump – C00080512 at £80.75
    Circ pump only – C00054979 at £28.82

Let me know if you need either, spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk

I can’t advise on fitting I’m afraid but it isn’t that bad if you are mech/elec engineer, power off of course 😉

    Dave.
