this fridge freezer is only about 2/3 years old and about every 3 months i have to defrost it, it is meant to be frost free, could anyone please tell me if there is a part i need to renew?

Probably the ‘defrost heating element’ has failed. Tricky to replace, best call in an expert as you can easily damage the evaporator etc. Try our : Repairs@ for a local engineer to sort it 🙂
