KeymasterHi all,
Can i just say first what a great site and very much helpfully, was able to find a local engineer to repair my hotpoint wm64 washing machine, as i was going to throw it away and by new one as the bearings had gone on it. After calling round a few companys was told it was a 3hr job 😯 and would cost between £120 – £150 to fix.so i was very suprised when spoke to 1 call appliance care and they said they could do it within half hour and cost would only be £80,booked call 2 days later engineer called, and i repeated to him that it would be impossible for him to complete the job in 30 mins when everyone else i spoke to said would take 3 hours. the engineer said it would be no problem and for every minute he runs over he will knock £5 off my bill,so i accepted his deal but said i would time him, I never seen i guy work so fast he had the lid off front panel off in no time at all,i tried to slow him down by askin him if he wanted cup of tea, before i knew it the drum was all out and he was now popping bearings out, he then replaced them cleaned up drum and inside tub cleared a hose rebuilt it even had time to put some glue stuff round it .well to say i was impressed was a understatement as the whole job was done in 18 minutes, and the cup of tea he drank cold while writing out the bill. so a big thank you to 1 call and a big thank you fgor your site. i hope they contine on havin great success and will be passin there number on .

That really warms the heart. 😀
Would you like to name the engineer, so we can congratulate him?
ps. It’s also our policy that brews cannot be drunk until all work is finished. 😉
