    I can see and list all the parts in this dishwasher and apart from the heater thermostat can remove and replace them easily albeit it all looks tacky apart from the door lock mechanism which is the most robust. I can see all the parts including the controller on the net if I need new parts.

    Would any tell me the start-up sequence the controller goes through i.e what does it check before starting , for obvious instance the door being closed.

    What is the function of the door thermostat ? – mine stays open circuit even when I boil it.

    Can I get the manual for this machine.

    If you call MFI on 08457959722 they could supply you with a manual, for a small fee.

    Unfortunately we are not allowed to post technical manuals for general consumption due to a combination of manufacturers policies and copyright issues.

    Instructions for setting a test programme should be included in the user manual.

    I think the manual will get me going – I will ring MFI.

    My next dishwasher will NOT be a Diplomat
