insurance companys dont u just love them had a email sent through at 16.55pm for a all day call today then 17:20 a email to ask for eta on job 😕 also today on route to custmoer lovely servis lol get phone call to say insuarance company has written off machine and dont repair it, then same again on another call that was a call back which we had already fitted a module after waitin for auth from report we sent was told no prob go ahead with job, only to find that after part fitted would go into full spin when empty but not with anything in it, just pull up outside the house to get acall to be told it been written off and to remove the moudle u fitted as u wont be getting paid for that part 😕 this is the 3rd time happened in last week have they gone mad or just short of a few brain cells

If it’s a Servis Tony insurance co’s tend not to like them ,But it is a bit out of order with all the running about you have done

these insurance companys just get better had job sent through with next to no details just name phone no and part of address to fix a fridge make ??? 👿 phone customer to find out so did he got a pabl rla600 that dont get cold so now ask for all the address which is the best part he in london hollaway rd, as im based in norfolk and dont cover that area he got no chance, so send job back, and tell them he in london hour later they send it back to me again second time tell them again his postcode is N7 not NR7 which i cover and he in LONDON get back to office to find ive been sent it again 🙄
