ModeratorDon’t you just love integrated appliances. 😥
Managed to get the lower plinth of the units but a chisel (for the tiles) and a saw ( for the side panel ) are not within my remit so I will be returning as soon as the customer has attacked his fancy kitchen.
The indicator lights on this machine are on the top left hand edge of the door. Light No:2 is flashing. Faulty fill valve ‘allegedly’ . Had a peer into the base and it is bone dry, used the reset procedure and tried on all four settings. Machine drains for 15 seconds then fills perfectly for around 20 seconds, it then aborts to drain with No:2 light flashing. The fault is obviously not the fill valve, any other suggestions, pressure switch ❓

Aha, I can answer this one 😛
Had this a little while back. If I remember rightly it’s an Indesit and there’s a second set of fault codes listed.
2nd light a heating problem. I found the heater duff on the one I did.
Hope this helps.Brian

I HAD THIS PROBLEM THIS VERY WEEK. MY MONEYS ON THE HEATER TOO. I VOWED THAT NEXT TIME I GET ONE OF THESE I WILL ORDER TWO OF THE SPECIAL THIN HOSE CLIPS AT THE SAME TIME. IF YOU ORDER FROM ELECTRUE WATCH OUT FOR THE ALTERNATIVE PART AVAILABLE AT MUCH LESS COST.ITS DUFF GEN FROM ELECTRUE AND WONT FIT, NO WAY.

Thanks for the replies folks, will check it out when I get back to it. The ‘P’ button was a bit suspect ( flimsy) and did stick to one side. Will report back. 🙂
