    From Mark Garner…

had a customer last week through E jobs who initialy called Bosch to repair her 7 year old machine. Seems Bosch are using our E jobs to loacate repairers when they dont want/cant cope with the job as they gave her our name while she was still on the phone to them and they told her we would contact her asap.

We can’t put it in the general populace of course, but do we break this outside of this forum?

I think we should inform the trainers at the very least, brilliant marketing.

There could be the possibility of an approach here to help them out on a more regular basis fed through us to our guys. If we make ourselves look good at their expense this will only make them turn away for good.

Might this be a job for Kev to test the waters as he is the negociater and if it doesnt work you can then milk it for all it’s worth.

Who’s to says that they are not the only ones having to do this.

    Re: TWR or Not?

We did announce at Sibson in February that repairs@ could be used by anyone to locate a repairer.

So if Bosch are using it in this way, fine, it’s a silent feather in our cap. I’m sure many have used it to see who is where, when the situation suits them.

Its no big deal, no need to let it out of this room.

However, should they approach us further we can handle it the same way we have in the past.
