    Hi all

    Can someone point me in the right direction for the threads on exchanging goods etc. (customer has 18 months old freezer gone **ts up and wants to change it. Tried search search but cant find anything 🙁

    It is not good news for the retailer though I’m afraid as the consumer has greater rights towards refunds, exchanges and compensation 🙁
