    anyone familia with this fault .customer says dishwasher not heating due to no dry at end of cycle.whirlpool looking element tests ok but customer is sure there were no fault lights flashing is there a test cycle for this machine ?? thanks in advance for any help

    She hasn’t got economy selected by any chance has she (assuming it has that option) ? Some dishwashers turn the drying cycle off when that’s selected.

    not as far as i know. i should also say i tried for power to the element during the wash after the powder door was open, and nothing so it may not but heating during wash
