    Gday,

    had the famous fridge cooling problem on mine this week. The Fridge rose to +21C while the freezer remianed at -22C so followed advice on this forum with a defrost. 24 or so hrs later switched it back and it was still broken.

    Mmmm switched it off and ordered the associated thermistors…but switched it back on after a day or so and its working fine now??

    Should I bother to fit the thermistors? Do they have a shelf life?? Is it best to return them???

    Personally I’d fit them as there was evidently a fault there. It’s quite common for the evaporator thermistor to play up intermittently and stop the fan from running.

    Yup the fridge is back up to 17C. Will fit tomorrow and then update.

    Thermistors fitted and all seems well…..touch wood!!
