    🙄
    Machine works fine all washing programs
    but drying cycle appears not to switch on the fan,
    heating elements, water and drum motor work fine.
    After a period the E10 code comes on.
    Can anyone help, is this a motor or pcb or sensor problem

    Simpler than that, it’s probably the condenser inlet valve which has failed. Can you hear the hiss of water running into the machine?

    Power off if sticking fingers in.

    I can here a hissing sound of water through the solenoid valve,
    Should this be a running water sound?

    I will take apart over the weekend and check for any blockage

    Check it out over weekend,
    Water ok,
    But fan intermittent, is there a safety high temp cut-off that stops the fan?
    Cloths come out very damp!!
    Checked all drains, all clear

    HELP!!!

    There is a safety toc in the blower motor itself. Check how hot the motor gets when it cuts out. In normal use the motor will get to “just-the-uncomfortable-side-of-warm”. If it is burning hot it will be on its way out and should be replaced.

    Power off before touching anything……..

    However, the “E10” codes are to do with water, including solenoid failure. They can become intermittent, causing the programme to pause – and the fan motor stops.

    Found the problem, It would appear that the solenoid valve only opens for a short period,
    although supply present at the terminal.

    Now all I have to do is replace the valve assembly or just the solenoid,
    Can anyone advise where I can buy on line.
    (I can fit, as I used to repair appliances for SEEBOARD in a past life).

    This is an old post but I have the same issue.

    The links to the parts no longer work, and I cant find the value when i search the site.

    It is not clear if this is a single valve for the dryer, or a triple valve which was mentioned in another forum post.

    The machine is a WJD 1257 W and has error 10 – which seem to be the filling valve.

    Could I have the link to the part please
