    Got a phone call just now.
    Luckily(?) she’s busy till Monday so I’ve got all that time to think about it 😡
    She says it fills ok but then after “whurr-whurring” (pump?) for a short time it stops and stands all lights flashing. She says there are 3 on the left side plus the one over the selected programme and they flash continuously without pauses.
    Anyone got any info. on this model, please?

    It has one of those nasty dual direction pumps, I’ll bet that’s the problem 😉

    50267491004 is the part number if that’s the problem.

    Award yourself a good gloat, you deserve it 😀 .

    Got there to find a sump full of very manky water. Wished I had invested in one of those syringe things Martin and others use. Asked customer for small cup for bale out and she produced small measuring jug. Most of the water ended up on her kitchen floor.

    Pulled out motor. rear blades mostly gone.

    So methinks your posting saved me considerable time searching. 😀

    You can guy the impellors kit for these if the motor is OK 🙂

    Part number 50267511009 about £15 odd I think.

    Yep,
    That’s another thing I had already learned from a previous discussion!
    Though apparently there’s more than one version of the blades and you have to make sure you’ve got the right ones? So I brought the old ones away with me. No rush on this job as I’m off to “live the dream” for ten days from Thursday. Did I hear some quiet sighs of relief coming from out there in cyberspace?
