wma noise

sold a new few10 last week after two washes customer complained of noise on spin checked it out and when loaded yep bang bang bang on spin.customer changed to a zanussi so we had a chance to poke about in the workshop . normaly the tub under the soap dis has no bolt just a clip but this one had a bolt point (on the rear half only) which caused the banging. we checked another machine in the shop which had just the clip but checked our stock of spare rear half tubs they all have this extra bolt hole weve fitted one last week but as yet had on complaints one gone in a reco today so we cut it off
anyone had similar or seen service bullitin ? would seem to be standard 6kg tub now
