    I have recently purchased a CTD80 Ultima Condenser Dryer, but when used in the kitchen the dryer is quite hot to touch and the room is like a sauna. This happens also when the dryer is in the middle of the floor. Is this normal ?

    These machines generate plenty of heat as part of the drying process. They should not steam the place up however. Plenty of air circulation around the appliance is essential.

    If this is the case, you have a problem and should contact The Indesit Company under the terms of your guarantee.
